Is it really free?

Yes, for now. There is no credit card and no trial clock. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell early users first.

Who is it for?

Solo operators and micro-businesses in South Africa who sell with quotes — makers, traders, and service businesses that need a catalog, stock and a simple picture of the month.

Is this invoicing, accounting, or a card machine?

No. Vlyt is the catalog-to-quote-to-stock loop on your phone, plus expenses and reports. It is not Sage, and it is not Yoco.

Does it handle South African VAT?

Quotes can include VAT. Currency defaults to ZAR. It is not a full set of SARS books.

Where is my data? Is this POPIA-conscious?

Your catalog, contacts, quotes and expenses live in your account. We do not sell that data. See the privacy notice.

Do I need a computer?

No. Vlyt is built for the phone.
